1. Introduction

At Pasha Welfare Foundation, we value the trust our donors and supporters place in us. Every contribution made plays a direct role in providing education, healthcare, food, and welfare services to those in need. We deeply appreciate the generosity of each donor, and in return, we are committed to maintaining fairness and transparency in how contributions are managed. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which donations may be refunded or cancelled, while ensuring compliance with our ethical standards and Donation Policy.

2. Nature of Donations

All donations made to Pasha Welfare Foundation are treated as voluntary, non-profit contributions intended for charitable purposes. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is immediately allocated towards ongoing or upcoming projects such as children’s education, patient care, medical camps, sewing centers, and other welfare activities. Because funds are directly used for social causes, donations are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases where an error has occurred, we may consider refund requests as outlined below.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate donation transactions made in error by the donor.

  • Technical issues leading to overcharging or incorrect billing.

  • Unauthorized use of a donor’s payment card or account.

In such situations, donors are encouraged to contact us immediately via our official Contact Page. Requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction date, accompanied by valid proof such as a bank statement, transaction ID, or confirmation email. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the Foundation’s decision will be final.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days, depending on the donor’s bank or payment gateway policies. The refund amount will be transferred only to the original mode of payment used during the donation. Pasha Welfare Foundation will not issue cash refunds or refunds to alternative accounts, as this may compromise donor security. Please note that any service charges, bank fees, or transaction costs incurred during the donation process are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

Some donors may opt for recurring monthly or annual contributions. Donors who wish to cancel such recurring donations are required to inform us at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment date. Requests may be submitted via email or through our Contact Page. Once cancelled, no further deductions will be made, and the donor will receive confirmation of cancellation. Any payments already processed before the cancellation request will not be refunded.

6. Exceptional Situations

While we do not encourage refunds due to the impact on our beneficiaries, we understand that unforeseen personal or financial hardships may occur. In such cases, donors are welcome to reach out to us, and the Foundation may, at its sole discretion, approve partial or full refunds depending on the situation. These exceptions are granted as a goodwill gesture and should not be considered a precedent for future transactions.

7. Donor Responsibility

Before making a donation, donors are advised to carefully review the purpose, project details, and amount entered. It is the responsibility of the donor to ensure that all personal and payment information is accurate. Any errors resulting from incorrect entries, delayed internet connectivity, or technical problems on the donor’s device are beyond the control of Pasha Welfare Foundation.
